Alton Manages to Celebrate Memorial Day Maintaining 153 Year Streak

A much shorter and unannounced Memorial Day parade was held to maintain social distancing guidelines and keep the 153 year long streak alive. Even with guidelines in place,  the city of Alton, along with parade officials, wanted to show appreciation for our nation's veterans.
