It was a wacky year for the Godfrey Snowflake Festival...Parks and Recreation Director, Kim Caughran, invited us out again to enjoy the festivities and despite the nasty weather it was still a great time! Santa and Mrs. Claus were there, of course, but the big surprise was that Ana and Elsa from Frozen were there to meet everyone and take some great pictures. Sven the reindeer was even there to see everyone off when the night ended.
