March 2014 City of Alton Planning Commission for Alton's New Multi-Modal Hub

We were present for the City of Alton Planning Commission's meeting yesterday to approve the design of Alton's new Multi-Modal complex. Council members and the public, alike, we able to view and ask questions about the designs and what the new building might mean for Alton in the future.
