Starting Now: A Program About Emotions (1st – 5th Grade) Hayner Library at Alton Square Mall Multipurpose Room Wednesday, August 5, 4:00 p.m. In this live learning experience, children begin building the foundation of healthy coping skills and normalizing that it is okay to experience all emotions, even the ones that make them uncomfortable. In this program, Lauren from A.R.C. Angels will help young ones build their “feeling vocabulary”, meaning she will help them to better understand and describe their emotions.
