Celebrate Illinois and Help us Decorate for America 250 Stop by any Hayner Library location between Monday, June 1, and Sunday, June 14, and decorate a red, white, or blue paper cutout in the shape of Illinois. The cutouts will be used to decorate all three Hayner Library locations for our America 250 celebration.
