Starting at 7:30 pm, we hold a presentation on Illinois frogs and toads and teach how to identify different local species by their calls and markings.

 

Immediately following the presentation, you have the choice to don boots or waders and head out into the shallow marshy waters in hopes of viewing and possibly catching frogs and toads. Ages 7 and up only!

 

Frog sightings depend heavily on the weather. We may need to cancel or reschedule if weather is not agreeable for this event. There is limited seating so book quickly! Every Friday night March 29- April 26th EXCEPT April 19th! There will be NO Frog Walk on April 19th.
