She is survived by her sister, Channing Smith Petrak (Robert Smith) of Peoria, IL, grandchildren, Gillian Smith (Zachary Matson) of Atlanta, GA, Emerson Schweickert Smith (Allison) of LaSalle, IL, great-grandchildren, Harper, Rosemary.
Jody was preceded in death by her parents.
