Lynda Jane Reeder, nee Migneco, 58, of Belleville, IL, born August 6, 1968, in St. Louis, MO, passed away Friday, October 23, 2026, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, O’Fallon, IL.
Lynda worked as a phlebotomist for BJC Hospitals for many years. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing BINGO, and was an avid reader.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 21 years, Michael Reeder, who passed away on February 2, 2018; and her parents, Enrico and Virginia, nee Pona, Migneco.
Surviving are her son, Benjamin Reeder (Melinda); her daughter, Georgette (Andrew) Garcia; two grandchildren, Korbyn Patterson and Alexzander (Ashley) Patterson; two great-grandchildren, Elias and Germain Breunig; three siblings, Christine (Tom) Macarthy, Edward (Nicole) Migneco, and Grace Barry; many dear nieces and nephews; four great-nieces; and her granddogs, Roscoe, Cosmo, Raven, and Chloe.

Visitation: Friends may visit from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, October 29, 2026, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, October 30, 2026, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.
Funeral: A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 30, 2026, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL, with Deacon Corby Valentine officiating.
Burial will be at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, IL, at a later date.
