Anthony James McGregor, 15, of Granite City, IL, passed away at 4:55 p.m. Wed. Oct.7, 2026 in Granite City.
He was born Nov. 7, 2010 in Carbondale, IL to Katherine McGregor of Carbondale and Rhen Williams.
Anthony was a sophomore at Lake High School.
In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by an aunt and uncle, Courtney McGregor and Andy Butler of Granite City, grandfather, Douglas McGregor of Carbondale, aunt Liss also of Carbondale, as well as grandparents, Theresa and Dana Williams, and grandmother, Tammy VanLandeghem.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thurs. Oct. 15, 2026 at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory where funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Fri. Oct. 16, 2026 with Shawn Vlad officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery on Maryville Road, Granite City.
