Richard Todd Hall, 63, of Carlyle, IL, passed away at 12:27 a.m. Sun. Sept. 27, 2026 at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
He was born Apr. 17, 1963 in Granite City, IL to the late Barbara (Pollard) Stubblefield and Joy Allen Hall.
Todd loved to shoot pool and play poker.
He is survived by a sister, Rhonda Stevens of Carlyle, and 3 brothers, David Hall of Abilene, TX, Jerry Stubblefield of Glen Carbon, IL and Earl Dallas Stubblefield of Columbia, IL.
