Paul J. Carbin, 71, of Godfrey, Illinois, passed away on September 5, 2026.
Paul was a dedicated boilermaker who proudly retired from Olin Brass after many years of hard work and service. Known for his strong work ethic, friendly nature, and love for his family, Paul lived life to the fullest and enjoyed every opportunity to spend time with those he loved.
Paul found great joy in riding his motorcycle, playing golf, traveling, shooting, and making memories with family and friends. Whether he was exploring the open road, enjoying a round of golf, or gathering with loved ones, he treasured the simple pleasures of life and the relationships he built along the way.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Anastasia Ennis; his son-in-law, William Ennis; and his grandsons, Alex Ennis and Brandon (Shaye) Ennis. They will forever cherish the love, guidance, and memories he shared with them.
Paul was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kimberle Carbin; his parents, George Carbin and Mary Catherine Carbin; his brothers, Thomas Carbin and James Carbin; and his sister, MaryAnne Washburn.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home, 1313 W. Delmar Avenue, Godfrey, Illinois 62035. Following the visitation, interment will take place at Valhalla Memorial Park Cemetery.
Paul will be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor, and the love he had for his family and friends. His legacy will live on through the many lives he touched and the memories he leaves behind.
