Charity Lewis, at the age of 79, departed this world Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Touchette Regional Hospital.  Memorial Celebration will convene Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at the White House 7301 Lake Dr. Centreville, IL 62203.  Services entrusted to Harrison Funeral Chapel and Cremation Center of Alton.
