Steven Vincent Provaznik, 62, passed away December 5, 2017 at his residence.
Born in Highland on December 30, 1954, he was the son of Frank Jr., and Lois (Riley) Provaznik.
He had been a truck driver with Teamsters Local 525 for Redi-Mix and Behlmann Trucking.
Surviving are daughters, Stephanie (Steven) Stock of Belleville, Erica (Paul) Schomaker of Germantown, April Harrison of O'Fallon, MO; five grandchildren, Steven and Simon Stock, Savannah, Cody and Morgan Schomaker; brothers, Dan Provaznik of Maryville, Mike Provaznik of East Alton; and sister, Sandy Stamm of Wood River.
Cremation services were accorded.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Marks Mortuary in Wood River was in charge of arrangements.
