F. Jane Dettenbach, 83, of East Alton passed away Tuesday May 9, 2017 at Legacy Place in Highland.
She was born Nov 2, 1933 in Fayville, IL to Albert W. and Ella (Workman) Brown.
She married Robert Dettenbach on July 5, 1952 in Thebes, IL. He preceded her in death Sept. 6, 2013.
Survivors include her daughter and son in law, Cona and Alan Nanney; grandsons and their wives, Adam and Amanda and Eric and Leah Nanney; great grandchildren Ariana, Briella, Robert, Taylor and Charlotte Nanney, all of Highland; and sisters, Alice Wilder and Hattie McKee.
She was preceded in death her parents, husband and brother, Frank E. Brown.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 13 at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights from 9 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Charles West officiating.
Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
