Roxana—Alice Spurgeon, 59, passed away at 1:32 a.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Alton Rehab & Nursing.
Born July 13, 1957 in St. Louis, Mo., she was a daughter of W.N. and Pansy (Johnson) Midkiff.
She is survived by a sister, Jenese (Tracy) Sparks of Bethalto; and two brothers, John (Christina) Midkiff of Troy, Ill. and Larry (Belinda) Midkiff of Brighton.
