Diane Yvonne Robinson, 69, passed away at noon Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at her home.
She was born on December 24, 1946 in Alton, Illinois, the daughter of Curtis and Mary (Pace) Knight.
She married Richard D. Robinson on July 5, 1969 at the Elm Street Presbyterian Church. He preceded her in death May 5, 1999.
Diane was a cook at Grabners Restaurant and she also worked at Owens Illinois Glass. She was a member of the East Alton American Legion Post 794 Auxiliary. She enjoyed bingo and reading.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Darin and Lyddy Greenwell of Cottage Hills and Douglas Greenwell of Bethalto; a daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Michael Seitzinger of East Alton; six grandchildren, Ashley, Courtney, Kimberly, Michelle and Richard Seitzinger and Angela Greenwell; four great grandchildren, Maci Seitzinger, Leah Seitziner, Carsen Kruse and Connor Kruse; her siblings, James, Dean, Sam and Lois Knight and Cheryl Graziana and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters, Mary Lou Neese and Flora Knight.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until services at 11:00 am Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto with Pastor Bruce Neese officiating.
Burial will follow at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
