Victoria Ann (Butkovich) Tighe, 68, passed away Monday, September 2, 2024 at St. Louis University Hospital.
Born Sept. 18, 1955 in Wood River, she was a daughter of Nicholas B. “Benny” and Josephine (Dean) Butkovich.
Vikki retired as a mental health therapist after years at different jobs within the State of Illinois.
Survivors include her children, Jessica Forsting of Hartford, Lisa (Troy) Robinson of Taylorville, and Brad Forsting of Hartford; grandchildren Cali and Abby Robinson and Ella and Noah Forsting; a great grandson, Waylon Simmons; a sister, C. Arlene (John) Novak of Kansas; a brother, Martin “Marty” Butkovich of Wood River; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Marybelle Short; and two brothers, Michael “Micky” and Nick “Junior” Butkovich.
A memorial visitation will be held 4-6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 13, 2024 at Paynic Home for Funerals.
