Tommy Michael Fay, 70, of Bethalto passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018 in Bunker Hill.  He was born February 8, 1948 in Alton, Illinois to Johnny William and Pearline Imogene (Cregmiles) Fay.  He was retired from Clark Oil, where he worked as a machinist.  Tommy was a Vietnam Veteran who served in the United States Army, where he was awarded a Bronze Star Medal.

He is survived by his daughter, Martice Fay (John Crane); son, Michael William (Jessica Vitale-Fay) Fay of Spring Hill, FL; nine grandchildren; four siblings, Melvin (Mona) Fay of Bethalto; George “Paul” (Janice) Fay of Bunker Hill; Sharon Hoekstra of Wood River and Johnny “Jay” (Jan) Fay of Divide, CO.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 9 at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto, with military honors by Alton VFW Post #1308 Ritual Team.
