Todd Andrew Watts, 63, of Brighton, passed away on December 25, 2024.
He was born on May 9, 1961, in Alton, the son of Delmar and Laverna (McAfee) Watts.
Todd graduated from Southwestern High School and then went to serve our country in the United States Air Force. After returning home he became a proud Union painter with Alton Painter’s Union #471.
He loved duck hunting and fishing with his best friend. He also enjoyed golfing and planting a garden in the spring each year. Todd always took pride in taking care of his family, especially his mother and his beloved granddaughter Ayla.
Todd married Jana Eveans in 1981 and later divorced. He married Leslie Nimmo in 1992 and later divorced.
He is survived by his mother; Laverna Watts; son Andrew Watts; brothers Brad Watts and John (Natalie) Watts; nephews Tyler (Ashanti Watts and John Watts; niece Meghan Enskat; granddaughter Ayla; great niece Maddie and great nephew Daxton.
Todd was preceded in death by his father, Delmar Watts and an infant brother Kevin Watts.
Visitation will be held from 3 pm until the time of funeral service at 6 p.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Anderson Family Funeral Home in Brighton.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family for Ayla’s future education.
