Terri E. Rogers, 54, died at 1:26 p.m. Friday, March 23, 2012 at St. Anthony’s Health Center in Alton. Born August 5, 1958 in Alton, she was the daughter of Ralph Hurst of Alton and the late Della L. (Middleton) Hurst. She was a member of the Salvation Army and was a legal foster parent out her home. Surviving is a daughter Toni Rudd-Austin (Justin) of Cottage Hills, three sons, Brett Rudd (Nicole) of Hartford, Terry Rudd (Diane) of Alton, and Bryan Rudd (Torzetta) of Alton, 11 grandchildren, Justin Rudd-Austin, Bobby Jo Rudd-Austin, Jaxon Rudd-Austin, Tyler Melton, D.J. Rudd, Brendon Rudd, Nathan Mundy, Aubrey Jo Rudd, Trenity, Brandon Rudd, and Demetris Rudd, a sister, Tina Markovich of Nixa, MO, and her daughter, Brandie, and four brothers, Mike Hurst (Julie) of Alton, Jeff Hurst (Judi) of Edwardsville, Paul Heaton (Laura) of East Alton, and Dennis Heaton (Stormie) of Rose Bud, IL. She was preceded in death by her mother a son, Charles Rudd Jr. and two grandchildren, James Lee Michael and Charles Rudd-Austin. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the Salvation Army in Alton. Captain Randy Tooley will officiate.
