Sandra K. Dunlap, 67, went to be with the Lord at 12:03 p.m. Monday, April 25, 2011 at her home. She was born Aug. 4, 1943 in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of Joseph W. and Lois D. Lambert. On May 4, 1968 she married Garth A. Dunlap in Wood River. She was a graduate of Roxana High School and worked as a legal secretary for more than 20 years.
Sandy is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Kyle A. and Traci L. Dunlap of Frisco, Tex. and Kevin J. and Beth M. Dunlap of Bethalto; four grandchildren, Noah J., Lauren M., Tyler A. and Carson T. Dunlap; a brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Debbie Lambert of North, Va.; a brother-in-law and his wife, David and Sherry Dunlap of Folsom, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her husband and both parents.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 27 from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at Faith Fellowship Church, 4719 Seminary Rd. in Alton, with Rev. Daymond Talkington officiating.
Burial will be at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
