Sandra Lee Evans, 65, of Belleville, IL, born June 15, 1959, in Cloquet, MN, died Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at her residence.
In the past, Sandra had a passion for horse racing and enjoyed watching her horse, Sarcastic Manor, race. She also had a great love for cats, especially her dear cat, Vard. She was very witty, enjoyed playing Bunko with her friends, and most importantly spending time with her niece and nephews. Sandra was an avid sports fan and had a great appreciation for fancy cars.
She was preceded in death by her fiancé, Michael Lybarger; her brother, Richard Evans; and her parents, Richard and Florence, nee Bowen, Evans.
She is survived by her sister, Cindy (Steve) Ballard; her niece, Amber (Chris) Kane; three nephews, Devin Ballard, Eric (Meaghan) Evans, and Ricky Evans; great-nephews, Parker Weiss (Abby Quirin), Killian Weiss, Jason “JJ” Weiss, Lakai Ballard, Olivia Evans, and Owen Evans; and many dear cousins.
