Ruth Ann Love, 69, of Alton, IL, died at 2:33 a.m. Saturday May 11, 2013 at Alton Memorial Hospital ER.
She was born April 7, 1944 in Alton to Annabelle (Stewart) Hartley of Wood River and the late George Hartley Sr.
On July 14, 1965, she and Wayne A. Love were married in Alton. He preceeded her in death on Sept. 15, 1998.
Survivors include: a daughter, Patty Jo Grindstaff of Alton, 2 sons, William "Bill" Love and Randall, both of Cottage Hills, IL, 5 grandchildren, Randy, Stephen, Tyler, Katie and Casey, a sister, Patricia (Berry) Gurganus of Peoria, IL and 3 brothers, George Hartley Jr., Jack Hartley, and Jim Hartley, all of Royal Lakes, IL.
She was preceeded in death by a sister, Linda Flowers.
The Family will hold a private service.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
