Ronald Lee Dahlen, 86, passed away 5:45 pm, Saturday, December 12, 2020 at his residence.
Born on August 3, 1934 in Terre Haute, IN, he was the son of John and Mary (Nevis) Dahlen.
An Air Force veteran, he worked as a machinist for over 27 years at the Shell Oil Refinery before retiring in 1992.
On December 14, 1957 in Hernando, MS, he married Verna Mae O'Dell. She died March 6, 2012.
Surviving are a son William Dahlen of Wood River; daughter, Barbara (Darin) Henry of Alton; four grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
His parents; wife; and two brothers, William and Robert Dahlen preceded in death.
Graveside service and burial will be conducted at 1:30 pm, Wednesday, December 16 in Woodland Hill Cemetery. Rev. Terry McKenzie will officiate.
Memorials are suggested to "Make A Wish Foundation".
