Roger Sr

Roger A. Price Sr. was born September 26, 1942 in Alton, Illinois the son of Oscar and Elvira (Ballinger) Price.He attended Alton School District and graduated from Alton High School 1962.Roger was employed at Olin Corporation, as well as United  Postal Service until his retirement.On Friday May 8, 2015 Roger A. Price Sr.departed this life at 5:34 a.m. at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.  He was blessed with seventy-two years. In addition to  his parents Elvira Price  and Oscar Price he was preceded in death by his wife Cleo Price, his niece Deanna Scott.Roger leaves to cherish his memory one sister Joyce Price-Scott, Children:  Three girls and four boys Jondelyn Carlos (Michael), Johnny MCclennan Sr. (Carla), Debbie Gray, Arthur Price, Roger Smith, Sr. (Alicia), Lynette Flowers, Roger Price. Two uncles, Uncle Douglas and Uncle Wallace and Two Aunts, Aunt Melinda and Aunt Janice and special cousin Ronnie Price (Yvonne)twenty one grandchildren and thirty great children  a host of great, great grandchildren, and his niece Pamela Scott and great nephews Jonas Wheeler, Jamon Wheeler, cousins, friends, and a special friend Gladys Steward. Funeral service Friday May 15, 2015  from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at 11:00 A.M. at Cathy Williams and Sons funeral home. Burial will take place at Upper Alton Cemetery.
