OCCUPATION: Retired Teamster Truck Driver and had later worked at Farm & Home Supply and Walmart, both in Jerseyville

MILITARY: U.S. Army World War II Veteran

MEMBERSHIPS: United Presbyterian Church in Wood River and Jerseyville Moose Lodge #695 where he served as Legion of the Moose

PER HIS REQUEST HIS BODY WAS DONATED TO WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE
