Rich “Dyuane” McNealy, 51, passed away at 9:27 am on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Alton Memorial Hospital under the care of BJC Hospice.
He was born on February 25, 1961 in Wood River, IL, the son of Richard and Pauline (Andrews) McNealy.
He married Nena Brock on April 30, 1988 at the Bethalto First Baptist Church. She survives.
Dyuane worked as a bullet adjuster at Olin Corporation in the Winchester Division. He enjoyed fishing, watching baseball and spending time with his family, especially his son.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, J.D. McNealy at home; his parents, Richard and Pauline McNealy of East Alton; a brother, Scott McNealy of London; his grandmother, Clella Sue Brock; an uncle, Johnnie Brock Jr. and other aunts, uncles and several cousins
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jonnie Brock Sr, grandfather, James Andrews and grandmother, Lorane Andrews, great grandparents, James Hawkins, Mary Louis Hawkins, Verna McNealy and Earnest McNealy.
Visitation will be from 2 to service time at 3 pm Saturday, September 15, 2012 at Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto with Brian and Matthew McNealy officiating.
Memorials may be made to the family for J.D.’s College Fund.
Burial will be private.
