Rhonda Lynn Whetstone, 66, of O’Fallon, IL, born Sunday, September 1, 1957, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at Memorial Hospital East in Shiloh, IL.

She was preceded in death by her:

• Father, William “Bill” Whetstone
• Former husband, Harold Vineyard
