Phyllis Vaughn

Phyllis Darlene Vaughn, 71, of Royal Lakes, IL, died at Alton Memorial Hospital, Alton, IL on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at 7:08 pm. 

She was born November 11, 1949, in Alton, IL to John Tucker & Mae (Hausman) Tucker Adams.  She married Charles William Vaughn on September 9, 1975, in Bunker Hill, IL.  She was a retired cook for Burt's Shelter Care, Alton, IL.  Phyllis was a member of the Cornerstone Assembly of God and Red Hat Society. 

She is survived by her spouse, Charles Vaughn of Royal Lakes, IL, daughters, Charla Mae (Micky) Flanigan of Godfrey, IL, Amanda Lael Vaughn of Royal Lakes, IL, Linda Marie (Tim) VanArsdale of Bowling Green, IN, granddaughters, Ashley (Will) Parmenter, Sierra Hope VanArsdale, Darcie Flanigan, grandson, Braden Flanigan, great-grandsons, Jaxon VanArsdale, David VanArsdale, Matthew VanArsdale, sisters, Jeri Harvill of Gillespie, IL and Vanessa Baxter of Judsonia, AR. 

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Clifford Tucker, and sister, Linda Kisner.
