Parker James Stewart, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Anderson Hospital.
He is survived by his parents, Holly Stewart and Chad Phillips; two brothers, Carter Levi and Tanner William Thomas; grandparents, Bruce and Pam Stewart, Darrel Ralston and Donna Kelly; his great grandmother, Georgia Jeffreys and two aunts, Shawna Stewart and Nicole Schroeder.
He was preceded in death by a great grandfather, Charles Jeffreys.
Private burial was held at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
Memorials may be made to the Family for Funeral Expenses.
