Nancy Scheibal

Nancy L. Scheibal, age 75, of Edwardsville, Illinois, died at 9:33 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Illinois. She was born on November 23, 1940, in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of the late Roy & Martha (Stahlhut) Mueller. Nancy worked at Wells- Harrison Tire Company in Collinsville, Illinois, as their book keeper for many years. She married Kenneth “Cy” Scheibal on June 30, 1962, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Edwardsville. He survives. She is also survived by one son, Christopher A. Scheibal & wife Jennifer of Bentonville, Arkansas; and two grandchildren, Ashley & Christopher Scheibal. Nancy was an avid and a very accomplished golfer. She was the women’s club champion at Sunset Hills Country Club in Edwardsville, 7 times from 1976 to 1998. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 22, 2016, at Weber & Rodney Funeral Home in Edwardsville. There will be no service and she was cremated according to her wishes.
