Nancy Diane (Muffo) Konneker, 64, of Sawyerville, IL, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2025 at her residence. She was born January 7th, 1961 in Granite City, IL to Romeo Muffo and Sylvia (Bennett) Muffo.
She devoted her life to her daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughters; she was a constant loving presence in their lives. Her fierce love for her family and her quick sense of humor were her hallmark qualities.
She was a proud taekwondo grandma who was always there to support her family and friends. The hole that she leaves in our hearts will never be filled, the legacy of love that she leaves is immeasurable. She also worked as a beloved child and elder care provider and positively impacted so many families.
She is survived by her mother, Sylvia; sister Kathi (Rick) Durbin; daughter Sarah (Tom) Withee and two treasured grandchildren, Torah and Wren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Romeo.
No funeral services will be held at her request. A small celebration of life will be held at a later date.
