He was gifted with intelligence, and was a computer wiz, but his most endearing qualities were that of his genuine and caring soul, along with his uncanny sense of humor.
He is survived by his parents, Karen and John Cobetto of Dow, and Gary Mundy of Kane; two brothers and a sister in-law, Jason Hetzel of Kane, and Ethan and Brittlyn Hetzel of Eureka, Missouri; two sisters and brothers in-law, Shannon and Andy Thomas of Jerseyville and Shaniece and Patrick Harrington of Godfrey; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Justin Mundy on June 11, 1995.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville, where funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
He will be laid to rest alongside his brother Justin at the Kane Cemetery.
