Mary Lynne Sunderman, 83, of Carmel, IN, formerly of St. Louis, MO, passed away Wed. Aug. 14, 2024 at Brookdale Assisted Living, in Carmel.
She was born Mar. 3, 1941 in St. Louis, MO to the late Dr. Raymond C. and Esther (Davis) Sunderman.
Mary Lynne was a physical education teacher at Hazelwood High School for 30 years, retiring in 1993. She was a charter member of Bethany Peace United Church of Christ in Spanish Lake, MO. She was a talented equestrian and showed horses throughout the Midwest. She was devoted to animals, especially her dogs. She loved traveling, especially to the United Kingdom.
Burial will be private at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis.
