Loretta Weber

Loretta A. Weber, age 80, of Edwardsville, Illinois, died at 9:45 a.m. on Sunday, July 17, 2016, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Illinois. She was born on July 15, 1936, in Peter Station, Illinois, the daughter of the late Tony & Anna Vasiloff. Loretta married Kenneth F. Weber on September 15, 1956, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Edwardsville. He survives. Also surviving are three sons, Patrick Weber & Patty Rhodes of Edwardsville, Paul Weber & wife Lori of Lincoln, Illinois, and Timothy Weber & wife Kathy of Bethalto; four daughters, Jan Starett & husband Ed of Edwardsville, Cathy Wieseman of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Joyce Noonan & husband Thomas of St. Charles, Missouri, and June Houston & husband Robert of Edwardsville. Loretta was preceded in death by one brother, John Vasiloff and one son-in-law, Dave Wieseman. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Edwardsville. Loretta and her husband Kenneth were involved with T.E.C. and did marriage & engagement encounters for many years. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at St. Boniface Catholic Church. A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at St. Boniface with the Very Rev. Jeffrey H. Goeckner officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Glen Carbon, Illinois. The family request memorials to St. Boniface or Masses. Weber & Rodney Funeral Home in Edwardsville is in charge of arrangements.
