Lewis N. Mihalich, 78, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at his home.
Born June 26, 1946 in Alton, he was the son of Peter and Hilda M. “Mickey” (Crocker) Mihalich.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, Lewis retired as a laboratory technician for the former Clark Oil Refinery in Hartford.
His wife, the former Nancy S. Masinelli, passed away Apr. 2, 2024. He was also preceded in death by his parents and a sister-in-law, Barbara Mihalich.
Survivors include his son, Jeff Mihalich; his granddaughter, Jenna; his sister, Deborah (Louie) Flores of Hanford, CA; and his brother, Paul Mihalich of Granite City.
Visitation will be at Paynic Home for Funerals on Monday, July 8 from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m., at which time a funeral procession will depart for Wanda Cemetery in South Roxana.
