KC J. Kraisser, 32, died at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, July 29, 2012 at his home in Godfrey. Born January 23, 1980 in Clinton, IL, he was the son of Raymond and Irene (Bieser) Kraisser of Burlington, Iowa. He owned and operated Kraisser Construction. He was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Godfrey and loved to fish. On September 1, 2007 in St. Genevieve, MO, he married the former Sandy Sansegraw. She survives. Also surviving is a daughter, Veronica Kraisser of Godfrey, a son, Johnathan Kraisser of Godfrey, a grandson, Charles R. Kraisser, a brother, Jason Scott Kraisser of Burlington, Iowa, a sister, Dana Keever (Bruce) of Oquawka, IL, a sister-in-law, Anita Hines (Harvest) of Virginia Beach, VA, a niece and 2 nephews, Nyah and Noah Hines of Virginia Beach, VA, and Travis Keever of Oquawka, IL, his mother-in-law, Virginia Sansegraw of Godfrey, and numerous cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Elza Sansegraw. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 2, 2012 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 3, 2012 St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Godfrey. Father Steve Pohlman will officiate. Burial will be private.
