Julie K. Vincent (nee Toom), 64, of O’Fallon, IL, born on October 14, 1960, at Scott AFB, IL, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at her residence.
Julie was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, preacher of the word, and faithful reader of the bible. She was also a devoted wife, mother, and matriarch of the family.
Julie was preceded in death by her parents, Marion Toom and Joan Deneff (nee Baker); and her stepmother, Gladys Toom.
Left to cherish Julie’s memory is her beloved husband, James P. Vincent of O’Fallon, IL; one daughter, Krista (Jorge) DeLavega of Belleville, IL; one son-in-law, Jeff (Kristahle) Randle of Belleville, IL; four stepdaughters, Dana (Steve) Miles of Pontoon Beach, IL, Missy Vincent-Keelin of KY, Jamie (Mike) Butler of FL, Heather Sims of IL; three siblings, Jill Gerstner of KS, Jan Toom of KS, Bill Collins of OR; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, from 10 a.m.–12 p.m., at Schildknecht Funeral Home; 301 S. Lincoln Ave., O’Fallon, IL 62269.
Funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at Schildknecht Funeral Home, with Pastor Gary Huffman officiating. The burial will take place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
