Judith Flynn

Judith T. Flynn, age 77, of Alton, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016, at St. Anthony’s Health Care Center in Alton.She was born January 31, 1939, in Alton, the daughter of Max E. and Marjorie L. (Williams) Thompson. Judith married Edward Flynn on November 22, 1959 in Macomb, IL, and he preceded her in death on February 12, 2013.Judith retired from Delco Electronics where she had worked as a supervisor. She will be greatly missed by her family.She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Michael E. & Rita Flynn of Bloomington, Indiana, and Scott A. Flynn of South Florida; five grandchildren, Reilly, Cullen, Dillon, Brigid and Fiona, all of Bloomington, Indiana.In addition to her husband, Edward; she is preceded in death by her parents.In celebration of her life, visitation will be held Friday, June 24, 2016, from 10:00 am until the time of service at Noon at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton with Father John Luong OMV officiating.Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Alton.Memorials may be directed to the 5A’s Animal Shelter.Online condolences and guest book may be found at www.eliaskallalandschaaf.com and www.facebook/eliaskallalandschaaf.com.
