Joseph S. Adams, age 63, of Camdenton, MO, formerly of Collinsville, IL, born March 15, 1958, in McCallister, OK, passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at his residence.
Joseph graduated from Granite City North High School. He retired from the Ferguson Florissant School District where he worked as an electronic maintenance technician. He liked to play the guitar and write songs. He enjoyed fishing and camping, had a soft heart for animals, and loved spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph William and Judith (nee Rutherford) Adams.
He is survived by his wife, Somlock (nee Sievilie) Adams; son, Dylan Adams of Collinsville, IL; daughter, Alysha Adams of Camdenton, MO; two sisters: Julie Adams of Collinsville, IL and Carrie Adams of FL; and a niece, Lillian Adams.
Memorial visitation will be 4 - 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, Maryville, IL.
Memorial service will follow at 6 p.m with Rev. Katie Jo Bielke officiating.
