John R. Poole, 66, died at 3:43 p.m. Friday, January 27, 2012 at Saint Louis University Hospital.
He was born December 18, 1945 in Alton the son of Josh and Ruth (Earley) Poole. He worked in the mold shop
at Owens Illinois Glass until the company closed. He is survived by one son; Bobby Poole of Overland
Park, KS. He was preceded in death by his parents and his twin brother; Joe Poole.
A memorial visitation will be Monday, January 30, 2012 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Gent Funeral Home in Alton. Burial
will be private.
