James Richard Parker, 56, passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at Christian Hospital Northeast.
Born May 26, 1967, in Alton, he was the son of the late Harry, Sr. and Patsy Ruth (Haynes) Parker.
He had worked as an asphalt layer.
Surviving are three brothers, Joseph Parker, Jessie Parker and Harry Parker all of East Alton.
Cremation rites were accorded. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
Marks Mortuary in Wood River in charge of arrangements.
