James L. Lattimore, 78, passed away at 3:47 p.m. Monday, December 21, 2020 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis.
Born Oct. 19, 1942 in Alton, he was a son of Genevieve (Teer) Doerr and James E. Lattimore.
Jim worked as a plastic tooler for McDonnell-Douglas/Boeing for 37 ½ years before his retirement. He was an active member of South Roxana First Assembly of God and was also a member of the Wood River Moose Lodge #1349. He will be missed by many.
Survivors include his sons, Michael E. (Amy) Lattimore of Carrollton, TX, Brian Lattimore of Kansas City, MO, William (Becky) Jackson of Kane, IL, and Joseph (Robin) Jackson of Imperial, MO; eight grandchildren, Genevieve Barnes, Logan Lattimore, Ryan and Christopher Parks, and Kevin, Anthony, Steven, and Cody Jackson; 14 great grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Carol Lattimore of Edwardsville.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Lattimore and an infant sister, Patricia Ann Lattimore.
Private family services will be held, and he will be laid to rest at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the South Roxana First Assembly of God.
