Hilde Arico, 92, passed away at 2:54 am Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Progress West Hospital in O’Fallon, MO.
She was born June 2, 1922 in Saaz, Czech Republic, the daughter of Karl and Rose (Walter) Walter.
She married Anthony Arico January 7, 1966 at the Ethical Society in Saint Louis, MO. He survives.
Hilde was self employed electrologist at Stixs, Baer and Fuller Department Store for 20 years.
She is survived by her children, Jim (Karen) Arico of O’Fallon, MO, Frank Arico of Flint, Michigan, Alan (Sue) Arico of Naperville, IL and Gary Arico of Cincinnati, Ohio; three grandchildren, Staci Adam, Wendi Lord and Adam Arico; three great grandchildren, Lauren Ingram, Ariel Pitzer and Matthew Adam; one great, great grandchildren, Henley Pitzer.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a son, Guenther Karl Stepanek.
Per her request cremation rites were accorded.
