Harvey Dewayne Lamkin, 65, passed away at 6:50 a.m. Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Riverside Rehab and Healthcare in Alton.
Born Dec. 22, 1954, he was the son of Bud Lamkin and Maymie (Augsburger) Foster.
Harvey enjoyed listening to music, especially classic rock. He loved Christmas and really enjoyed his coffee and cappuccino.
Survivors include his siblings, Willis (Peggy) Stover of Wentzville, MO, Richard Stover of Wood River, Diane (David) Jacoby of St. Louis, and Ginger (Billy) Staggs of Godfrey; and several nieces and nephews, including a very special nephew, Billy Staggs, Jr.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father; two sisters, Bonnie Lovell and Darlene Reiter; and a brother, Delbert Lamkin.
Harvey's family will hold a private memorial service.
