Gerald (Jerry) Jamieson Moss died February 10, 2025 in Edwardsville, IL.
He was born February 13, 1944 in Indianapolis, IN to Dr. and Mrs. M.J. Moss of Muncie, IN.
Jerry was a 1962 graduate of Burris Laboratory School in Muncie, and a 1967 graduate of Ole Miss. Upon his graduation from college, he married his wife, Connie, and they celebrated 57 years of marriage. Jerry founded his own small communications company, Moss Specialties, which served Indianapolis and the surrounding region for more than three decades.
Throughout his life, Jerry also continued to nurture his deep love of the game of golf, even compiling his best tips and tricks in a self-published book, “From the Ground Up.” Jerry will be remembered for his kindness and his uncanny ability to make anyone feel as if they had been friends for years. He died peacefully in his bed, surrounded by the prayers of believers from across the country.
Jerry is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter, and their spouses, and six amazing grandsons.
Graveside service to be held at Memorial Park Cemetery, 9350 E. Washington St, Indianapolis.
