Gerald Lee Cassidy, 89, died at 4:20 a.m. on Monday, June 2, 2025 at his residence.
He was born August 21, 1935 in Olney, IL, the son of the late Vincent and Helen (Jarvis) Cassidy.
Gerald served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and worked for 35 years at Owens-IL as a bottle making operator.
Surviving are his significant other, Linda Jones Cassidy, one daughter, Stacey Lustig of Arizona, two grandchildren, Cassie Rassmussen and Justin Rassmussen and one great granddaughter, Olivia Rassmussen, all of Nebraska.
No services are scheduled at this time.
