George Leroy Price, 44, of Fieldon, IL was pronounced dead at 1:53p.m. Sunday in Grafton, IL
He was born Sept. 4, 1966 in Wood River to Peggy Ontis of Bethalto, IL and George W. Price of Cottage Hills, IL.
George was a welder for Matrix and was as an avid duck hunter and fisherman. He loved to drive stock cars.
In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by: his stepmother, Cheryl L. (Locke) Price, a son, Kevin Ryan Louque of Batchtown and his fiancée, Becky Siemer; 3 daughters, Nickesha Price and her significant other Tony Bass of Warrenton, MO, Heather Price and her fiancee Jake Pochekof Bethalto and Gena Price of Cottage Hills; 4 grandchildren, Hannah Loque, Nickeira & Kaleb Bass and Landyn Smith; 3 sisters, Penny Price and her friend Mary Marin of Cottage Hills, Kathleen Whitehead and her husband John of Hartford, IL and Michelle & Paul Wallace of Cottage Hills; 2 brothers, Frank Price of Cottage Hills and Christopher Malcom of Lincoln, Neb. and Cody Booher who was like a brother; and many other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandmother Dorothy Ontis and paternal grandmother Ethel Price.
Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wed. 5/18/11 at Paynic Home for Funerals, where services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thurs. Burial will follow at Fieldon Cemetery.
