Gail A. Stephens, 67, of Litchfield, IL, died at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, IL on Friday, February 4, 2022, at 7:50 pm.
She was born March 7, 1954, in Springfield, IL to Oscar Muchow & Wilma Cross Muchow. She married Randy L Stephens on September 5, 1992, in Springfield, IL. She was an LPN. Gail loved her grandchildren and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her spouse, Randy Stephens of Litchfield, IL, daughter, Briann (Brian) Maguire of Litchfield, IL, grandchildren, Tucker Maguire, Ryder Maguire, brother, Duane (Sally) Muchow of Springfield, IL, and sister, Vicki Jones of Springfield, IL, and several nieces and nephews.
Gail was preceded in death by her parents.
