Fred Milner, 63, passed away at 12:23 am on Friday February 8, 2013 at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
He was born on June 7, 1949, in Marske, England the son of Raymond and Mable (Brown) Milner.
On November 22, 2002 he married Deb Rolston, in Alton. She survives.
He is survived by a daughter, Faye and Steve Gollogy, of England; a son Simon and Emma Milner, of England; and a son-in-law, Tim Murphy, of Cleveland, OH; and eight grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by three brothers.
Per his wishes cremation rites will be accorded. Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton are in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Lung Cancer Association.
